Do you ever wish that Jesus would come back today so there would be no more pa?in, suffering, tears? I do. I’m positive my memory Bible verse this week will be Psalm 55:22…
“Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.”[NIV]
Today there are heavy things on my heart. I’m overwhelmed right now with worry about family members, I’m worried about finances, I’m worried about good health insurance for my family. I’m praying that by the end of the day, I have surrendered all of this to God. Laying all of my burdens on Him. Praying that the sickness I feel in my stomach is gone because He has calmed my fears. God has a plan for my family, I believe this. I guess I might even prayer that He hurry up and reveal that plan.

I have a prayer request for a family member — our Aunt. She is having some problems and is currently waiting on some results to tests. I won’t share many details, but she and her family need our prayers. I’m sure it’s a very scary time for her, her husband and her children. I can’t get her off my mind lately and lift her up in prayer. Thanks!

You are wise to keep your focus on eternity…knowing that God is perfect and His ways are flawless. Even our suffering & pain is preparation…for both sides of heaven. And as we press in, deeper and deeper, toward Him…He will comfort, grow & heal every wound this broken world may bring. He wants us to rely on Him as the creator of the UNIVERSE. What you are experiencing seems overwhelming in the flesh & you need to feel that and continue to surrender it knowing He will comfort you & see you through…and in the Spirit, let heaven invade earth in the pure peace that He does, is and will always work all things for good for those who love him. I can't help but get excited for people who are enduring the toughest situation of their lives and trusting the Lord with every detail. He has HUGE purpose for your family…every single detail has already been written in His book and He makes NO MISTAKES…The strongest prayer you can pray is PRAISE & WORSHIP…especially as a first response. Train your mind to have a first response of praise no matter how difficult or frightening a moment or situation can be. Trust. Trust with all your mind, heart, soul and strength. praying for your family.praying for each of you by name.
